Xmost M12 Y-coded female front mount socket connects an external male hybrid cable connector to separate Ethernet signal and power circuits inside the equipment. Combining these contacts in one receptacle allows both connections to pass through a single panel interface.
Select the front fastened version when it matches the enclosure’s installation drawing. Choose an unwired M12 hybrid solder socket for termination during assembly, or the 0.3 m pre-wired version for routing to internal connection points.
Select the configuration by conductor count and current rating. Y3 provides six total contacts with a 12 A power-contact rating. Y4 provides eight total contacts with a 6 A power-contact rating. Signal contacts are rated at 0.5 A in both configurations.
Key Features
- Ethernet and power in one interface: Combines separate signal and power contacts in one M12 panel socket.
- Y3 or Y4 selection: Choose four signal contacts plus two or four power contacts.
- Separate current ratings: Y3 power contacts are rated 12 A; Y4 power contacts are rated 6 A.
- Female Y-coded connection: Mates with a compatible male connector of the matching configuration.
- Solder termination: Supports connection to the internal equipment wiring.
- Unwired or 0.3 m leads: Choose customer termination or supplied pre-wired leads.
- Front fastened mounting: PG9 and M16 × 1.5 panel thread options.
- Unshielded version: As specified on this catalogue page.
