[June 2026, China] – A specialized supplier of circular interconnects has launched its High-flex Life series M8 right-angle, 4-pin female molded plug. The product delivers enhanced endurance for dynamic flexing applications while maintaining standard electrical specifications and full mechanical interface interchangeability with existing M8 mating faces.
Male and Female Configuration
The High-flex Life series is available in both male (plug) and female (socket) versions, supporting standard pin and contact arrangements per IEC 61076-2-104. The female variant features socket contacts designed to mate with standard M8 male pin connectors, ensuring reliable signal transmission and mechanical retention in dynamic environments.
Standard Intermateability
The connector complies with IEC 61076-2-104, the industry standard for M8 circular connectors. It is available in A-coded and B-coded versions, 4-position, right-angle configuration, non-shielded, IP67-rated, with solder cup termination. Recommended mating torque is 0.2Nm (max 0.4Nm) for the M8×1.0 screw coupling mechanism.

The High-flex Life M8 addresses this with a molded strain relief structure at the cable entry and a high-flex modified PUR jacket, which disperses bending stress and significantly improves dynamic flex life.
