M12 C-Coded Female Right-Angle Connector Overview
The Xmost M12 C-coded female right-angle power cable connector connects to equipment fitted with a matching C-coded male interface. Its single-ended molded construction integrates the connector and cable into a preassembled cable assembly.
The 90° connector directs the cable perpendicular to the mating axis, providing a routing option where nearby components limit space behind the connection. M12 × 1.0 screw locking secures the mating interface.
This unshielded M12 C-coded cable connector is available in four contact configurations: 3-pin (2 + PE), 4-pin (3 + PE), 5-pin (4 + PE) and 6-pin (5 + PE). Select the configuration according to the equipment’s electrical requirements and mating pin arrangement.
Key Features
- M12 C-coded female interface for compatible AC power connections.

Applications
The M12 C-coded female 90° power connector can be considered for the following applications when the equipment interface and electrical ratings match:
Industrial machinery: AC power connections to compatible C-coded male interfaces.
Automation equipment: Power wiring between compatible machine modules.
Compact machine layouts: Installations where a straight cable exit would interfere with adjacent components.
Equipment panel connections: Cable routing alongside the panel using a right-angle connector.
Selection and Ordering
To select the appropriate M12 C-coded female power cable connector, specify:
Contact configuration: 3-, 4-, 5- or 6-pin.
Connector orientation: 90° right-angle.
Cable jacket: PVC or PUR.
Cable length: 1 m or 3 m.
Part number: The corresponding right-angle female model in the catalog.
Match the connector coding, contact arrangement and electrical ratings to the equipment. Use the female connector’s front-view pin diagram and corresponding wire-color assignment when wiring.
